Welcome to Fiddler Creek Design. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (fiddlercreekdesign.com) and purchase or rental of our products, including walk-in coolers, ice house trailers, outbuildings, and custom structures.
By accessing our site, requesting a quote, or engaging in a transaction, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Custom Orders & Design Approvals
Specifications: All walk-in coolers, ice fishing trailers, and pole barns are custom-built according to specific client consultations. Clients must review and sign off on all finalized drafts and blueprints before construction begins.
Modifications: Any changes requested after structural fabrication has commenced will incur additional material and labor fees.
2. Cooler Rentals & Equipment Management
Rental Terms: For all temporary walk-in cooler rentals, the lessee assumes full operational responsibility for the unit upon drop-off.
Damages: Any structural damage, component failure due to user negligence, or loss of technical components (such as CoolBot controllers or cooling units) will be billed directly to the lessee at full replacement cost.
3. Site Preparation & Delivery Requirements
Client Responsibility: For permanent structures (sheds, decks, pole barns, corrals), the client is solely responsible for ensuring the site ground is leveled, accessible by heavy transit machinery, and cleared of subterranean hazards.
Permits & Codes: The client must secure all necessary municipal building permits, HOA clearances, and zoning compliance approvals prior to on-site assembly. Fiddler Creek Design is not liable for structural teardowns mandated by local code enforcement.
4. Payment Terms & Price Adjustments
Deposits: A non-refundable structural deposit is required to secure raw materials and reserve a spot on our construction queue.
Material Volatility: Due to fluctuations in steel, lumber, and refrigeration unit markets, written quotes are valid strictly for 30 days from issuance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fiddler Creek Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential structural damages, loss of stored agricultural/perishable goods due to unexpected power failure, or site incidents occurring post-delivery. All structures are backed by our baseline craftsmanship warranty detailed explicitly within individual client invoices.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes must be filed within courts operating in Crook or Weston County, Wyoming.
